FCA Bank announced the entry of Lionel Lafon as Head of Credit.
Succeeding Alexey Proshin, Lionel Lafon will report directly to James Carelli,
FCA Bank Group CEO.
A long and successful career, Lafon began in 1998 as a Risk Analyst, in 2002 he became Risk Manager for Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance, a path that after four years will lead him to cover the role of Country Manager for the International Division, thus managing the strategic direction and development of international entities including Poland, Hungary, Portugal and Saudi Arabia.
He subsequently became Chief Credit Officer for Credibom in Portugal, a position he held for 3 years, before taking on the role of Head of Group Risk Management for CACF.
In 2018 Lionel Lafon assumed the role of Chief Credit, Operations and Data Officer for Sofinco in Spain.
