There are now only a few hours left for the presentation of the Google Pixel Fold and we practically already know everything. Google also recently unveiled the foldable device that will be officially unveiled tonight, in one commercial created in collaboration with the NBA.
It’s called “Google Pixel x NBA: The Greatest Watch Party” and it’s a commercial that lasts 2:37 and features different shots of the foldable. The video was viewed by many users before Google proceeded with the removal, and was initially listed as “unlisted”.
As can be seen from the screenshots featured at this addressacquired by colleagues at 9to5Google, the Fold is shown closed, open 90 degrees, and fully. The emphasis is placed on the new hinge, as well as on the display and bezels.
You could also see some software features in the spot that Google will presumably show off at Google I/O tonight: a Google Meet call that switches between the external and internal screens, the Meet controls that appear halfway when the Pixel Fold is open a 90 degrees, and taking photographs.
A few days ago, the Google leaflet was also shown in some final renderings. Obviously, there are still a few hours left for the usual confirmations and we invite you to stay on these pages for all the details.
