After a driver improved the performance of Intel Arc GPUs on hugely popular games like League of Legends and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, news comes today that the Intel’s first partners have started selling their custom versions of Team Blu video cards.
Specifically, he explains Tom’s Hardware, Gigabyte has started selling two Intel Arc GPUs in version custom, based respectively on the Arc A310 and Arc A380 video cards from the Santa Clara giant. Both are video cards entry levelbut that doesn’t mean that the Taiwanese manufacturer can’t start selling some in the future as well versions branded by the Intel Arc A770by far the coolest GPU in Intel’s entire fleet.
There’s just one small problem: for now, the Gigabyte’s Intel Arc are limited to very few markets, namely that of Russia and that of Kazakhstan. Difficult to think of importing video cards in Europe, also given the current situation in Russia, while it is not clear whether Gigabyte itself will launch the two GPUs custom also in other markets.
In any case, the entry level graphics card is named Arc A310 WindForce 4GB and has a cooling system daul-fan branded Gigabyte. The GPU, with 4GB of VRAM, should be perfect for Mini-PCs and for all those who don’t need a particularly high-performance graphics card.
The other card sold by Gigabyte is the Arc A380 WindForce 6GBwhich has 2 GB of VRAM more than the “base” GPU: it also seems that the AIB also wants to market an Arc A380 Gaming OC, again with 6 GB of memory, with cooler triple-fan and a factory overclock of the VRAM. The most interesting part of the cards however is their price, since they are sold between 140 and 200 dollars (or equivalent in rubles) on the Russian and Kazakh markets. Now we just have to wait for a possible arrival of GPUs in Europe as well.
