Kawasaki ZX-4R it is a super sports car ready for its debut. It will be marketed worldwide starting this month, its arrival in Europe is expected in the autumn, a motorcycle that represents a true Ninja ZX.
Chassis and engine are of new conception, its power of 80 HP allows it to achieve high performance, the Kawasaki ZX-4R offers sensations similar to those of a racing motorcycle.
An aggressive style for a premium endowment, the sound of the four-cylinder exhaust evokes racing emotions, its engine has a displacement of 400cc.
Kawasaki ZX-4R: the road Supersport
A maximum power of 77 HP which reaches 80 HP with the air box under pressure, the engine has been designed to push hard right from the low and medium revs, the ZX-4R it is perfect both for daily use and for driving on the track.
It is equipped with the system RAM AIR from Kawasaki, the frame is inspired by that of the Ninja ZX-10RR World Superbike, it is a high-strength steel trellis. The curved pigtail and the Showa front fork complete the equipment of a true super sports car.
Electronics also have a prominent place on this new motorcycle, in fact there are integrated riding modes that combine the KTRC functions (Kawasaki Traction Control) to Power Mode, being able to choose between four different modes: Sport, Road, Rain and Rider (manual).
The rider can easily select the appropriate map to suit the asphalt conditions or to adapt the bike to his riding style. On the Ninja ZX-4R SE and on the Ninja ZX-4RR a bi-directional KQS (Kawasaki Quick Shifter) is fitted as standard, allowing clutchless gear shifting.
The braking system is also suitable for performance, making use of double 290 mm semi-floating front discs with monobloc radial calipers and a single 220 mm disc at the rear. The tires are 120/70 at the front and 160/60 at the rear.
