It was also a very quiet spring day on the patio of Paxton’s Grill, a small restaurant downtown, before a certain Tobie Ramsey, 25, arrived: not on foot, not for lunch, but at the wheel of a decidedly out of control Toyota pickup.
The security camera video says it all. Ramsey climbs onto the sidewalk, runs over the restaurant patio, smashes everything, then flees without stopping. But he is arrested shortly after by the police.
