OpenAI CEO Sam Altman has announced that his company plans to release a large suite of tools that will allow users to get more control and customizations over ChatGPTtailoring it to specific use cases.
The news, reported by Reuters, came in response to a Morgan Stanley conference where the young chief executive spoke to investors. Altman said the company will focus on the creation of a platform that will sell APIs to third parties, to develop applications such as ChatGPT.
It is therefore clear that OpenAi intends to maximize the success of ChatGPT as much as possibleafter announcing a $20/month Plus tier a few weeks ago that offers a variety of benefits and faster responses.
Today also came the news relating to the imminent arrival of GPT-4, which will be distributed next week and will introduce the possibility of interacting also through images and sounds. According to a Microsoft executive, in fact, the new language model will have the ability to generate videos based on user prompts.
However, the use of chatbots such as ChatGPT is also growing in the business sector: Reuters reports that Coca Cola is collaborating with OpenAI and Bain for the use of ChatGPT and DALL-E to create personalized advertising texts, images and ads.
