We have just brought you the announcement of the dates of OPPO’s INNO Day 2022, which will be held on December 14 and 15 next. Now, however, we discover that the two folding smartphones should also be among the announcements of the Chinese giant OPPO Find N2 and Find N2 Flipwhich could even debut in Europe.
Colleagues of GizmoChinaIndeed, they reported that OPPO Find N2 will debut in China on December 15th, on the occasion of the second day of OPPO’s INNO DAY. The smartphone will once again be a device clamshelland will follow in the (excellent) footsteps of the OPPO Find N, launched last year but unfortunately limited to the Chinese market only.
Next to the Find N2, however, OPPO will also launch Find N2 Flip, a folding smartphone with a “clamshell” design similar to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4. In recent days, OPPO Find N2 Flip had appeared in a video, which confirmed its imminent launch. According to the latest leaks, the smartphone will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 SoC, 8 or 12 GB RAM and a dual camera system.
OPPO Find N2, on the other hand, should be equipped with one 7.1″ AMOLED LTPO main screen with a technology aimed at reducing the central folding and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. Even the “wallet” foldable will have a Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 as its processor and a 12 GB RAM. Finally, on the camera side, the device will be equipped with a 50 MP main lens, a 48 MP ultra-wide angle and a 32 MP telephoto lens.
Also in the past few hours, on Weibo, OPPO has released a teaser video of its two foldable smartphones, available on the pages of the portal GizmoChina. Both phones appear to have particularly small bezels around the screen and a fingerprint reader on the right side of the chassis.
