Around 4 pm, the man entered the apartment of a woman from Carate Brianza after approaching her with the excuse of asking for water for the animal. Then, suddenly, he armed himself with a hammer and climbed onto the roof of the building threatening to jump and, in the grip of hallucinations, he threw the dog into the void.
The military intervened on the spot who, after a tiring negotiation work, between the disconnected sentences and hallucinations of the 36-year-old, slowly managed to bring him closer and closer and, with a lightning gesture, to hunt him down before he too could throw himself down. .
